The church is more than a building...

BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO SAY OUR BUILDING IS NOW OPEN!  PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR OUR PANDEMIC GUIDELINES, WHICH CONTINUE TO EVOLVE BASED ON CDC AND NC GUIDANCE.

Sunday Worship at 10 am

Join us in our sanctuary:

  • Wearing masks is optional, based on the discretion of the individual.  We should be mindful that those with underlying conditions may need to continue to mask.

  • Singing is permitted.  Research suggests that singing is still a primary spreader so we will ask that people remain seated while singing to mitigate the risk.

  • We will continue to provide hand sanitizer and encourage its use.

  • We will refrain from passing the offering plate or the attendance pad.

  • Bulletins will be on tables for Individuals to pick up.

  • We will continue to use individual communion cups for the immediate future.

  • We will encourage fist/elbow bumps rather than shaking hands or hugging.

Join us from the parking lot:  Should you prefer, please park in one of the parking lots and tune your radio to FM 89.1. We have an usher who will bring you a bulletin.

Video Worship:  We record and post Sunday's worship service by that afternoon.  Please see the "worship" page of this website, visit our YouTube channel, or contact the church office to get on our email list.

Building Usage

Our building is open to classes, programs, ministries and community groups (per previous policies, and based on the discretion of the church office and Session). We ask that best practices of hand washing/sanitizing continue, as well as the avoidance of handshaking and hugging.  As always, those feeling ill, with a temperature or other symptoms, are asked to stay home.  Please report any incidents of illness to the church office.
